500 gr spliterwten
bonenkruid
500 gr prei
2 uien
1 selderijknol
2 aardappelen
50 gr sojabrokjes
2 theelepels plantaardige bouillonkorrels
1 bosje selderijgroen
1 blokje rooktofu

Zet de erwten en met wat bonenkruid op in 2 liter water en
kook ze ± 40 minuten.
Maak de preien schoon en snijd ze in stukjes van 3 cm.
Pel en snipper de uien.
Snijd de selderijknol in plakken, schil ze en snijd ze in
blokjes.
Schil de aardappelen en snijd ze in vieren.
Voeg na 30 minuten de groenten en de ongeweekte soja bij de
erwten en laat alles nog 40 minuten koken tot de soep gebonden
en de soja zacht is.
Doe er de bouillonkorrels bij.
Hak de gewassen selderij fijn, snijd de rooktofu in blokjes en
roer beide door de erwtensoep.
Geef er grof volkorenbrood bij.
