1 sinaasappel
25 gr boter
1 klein teentje knoflook
150 gr kippenleveertjes
1 theelepel Provençaalse kruiden
zout, peper
1/4 bakje tuinkers

Schil de sinaasappel dik en snijd de partjes tussen de vliezen uit.
Vang het sap op.
Smelt de boter in een koekepan en pers de knoflook erboven uit.
Voeg de kippenleveertjes en de kruiden toe en bak ze in ± 5 minuten
gaar.
Haal de kippenleveertjes uit de pan.
Doe het sap in de pan en breng het aan de kook.
Voeg dit bij de levertjes en pureer ze.
Breng de pâté op smaak en zet hem minstens 1 uur afgedekt in
de koelkast.
Schep de pâté op 2 borden, garneer met partjes sinaasappel en
tuinkers en geef er stokbrood bij.
