1 eetlepel fijngeknipte (knoflook)bieslook

Maak het sjalotje, de wortel en de bleekselderij schoon en
snijd ze heel fijn.
Verhit de olie in een pan en fruit de groenten ± 2
minuten.
Boen intussen de citroen goed schoon en rasp een kwart van de
gele schil dun af.
Pers de citroen uit en roer het citroensap door de
groenten.
Verkruimel de bouillontablet erboven en voeg 4 dl water en 1/2
theelepel geraspte citroenschil toe.
Breng de soep aan de kook en kook de groenten in ± 7
minuten zachtjes gaar.
Pureer de soep met een staafmixer.
Warm de soep nog even door en voeg naar smaak zout en peper
toe.
Schep de soep in 2 diepe borden en strooi er de bieslook
in.
