600 gr wortelen
1 eetlepel komijn
40 gr boter
8 dl gevogeltebouillon
1 1/2 dl room
peper, zout
suiker
1/2 bosje bieslook
4 eetlepels volle yoghurt
1 theelepel geraspte citroenschil

Was de wortelen, snijd ze in plakjes en bak die samen met de
komijn in de hete boter aan.
Doe de bouillon erbij en kook de wortelen gaar.
Giet er dan 1/3 van de wortelen uit en houd deze apart.
Pureer de rest en roer er de room door.
Maak af met peper, zout en suiker.
Doe de wortelschijfjes weer in de soep en warm die voorzichtig
op.
Snijd de bieslook fijn.
Doe de soep in borden en garneer met een theelepel bieslook,
de yoghurt en geraspte citroenschil.
